Please follow these conditions to be eligible for returns:
- Item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Item(s) must be clean and unworn, we don't accept stains or other forms of damage making the item uneligible for selling.
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
- Jewellery must be returned in original pouch without damage.
Please note: keep your tracking code with you until we've processed your return.

To encourage conscious purchases returns are not covered by us. Please use the original packaging and submit your return here. Please ship your return within 7 days after requesting your return, so we can upkeep our stock best.

Exchanges
Due to limited stock we don't exchange your order. If you wish to receive another size, please return your order and place a new one with the correct size.

We will contact you to solve the issue. Please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the item(s). Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
Warranty
Our pieces are made from outstanding quality platings that are greatly durable. The gold pieces are made with 3 microns of 18 carat gold and have a steel base to empower them and resist damaging from happening.
We offer a two year warranty on our jewellery pieces - for you to enjoy without worrying.
