We offer free shipping for all European orders over €75. If you do not exceed this amount your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

We offer fast shipping, dispatch within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped you will receive confirmation via email with a tracking code to follow your order.

Most jewelry orders fit our mailbox packaging. This means you won't have to be home while your order gets delivered :) 

For clothing orders we will ship in boxes that fit your order size best. It's possible to select a drop-off point from PostNL to collect your order after delivery.

We offer fast shipping with PostNL within 24 hours. Orders placed in the weekend are shipped on Monday.

When your order is shipped you'll receive a tracking code to follow it's location to detail.


We want to encourage conscious buying so we do not cover return costs.

Send your return within 14 days of receiving your package to be fully refunded the same way you've made the payment.

After receiving your return we will check the goods and refund you the same way the payment is made within 1-3 days.

Please follow these 2 easy steps to get your return ready:

Step 1. 
Request a return for your order. Please note that items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After approval of your return window you'll receive a confirmation email. Goods returned must be unused, clean and with the hangtag on and intact.

Step 2.
We want to encourage conscious buying so we do not cover return costs. Please re-pack your order using the box we send you and make sure everything is packed well. Send your return within 7 days of your request so we can manage stock the best we can. Keep your tracking code safe until your return is with us.

Once the return is with us we will check the goods. The return will be further processed and you will receive your refund the same way you've made your payment. The refund is with you in 1-3 days.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your item. If you wish to change size please return your order to us and place a new order with the correct size.


We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), Bancontact, PayPal, ApplePay and Klarna. Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as the order has been placed.

Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we’ll work together to find a solution.

The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Les Inimitables.

We offer beautiful gift wrapping. Simply let us know it's a gift at the checkout (Gift Notes) where you can also add a personalised message.

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your jewelry. We offer free returns on faulty goods if returned within 14 days of the initial order date. Please contact our customer service for a return label:


On each product page you can find a Size Chart button right next to the available size boxes. On the size chart the exact measurements of the product are displayed to help you find your match.

We have a Ring Size chart tailored to the product pages of our rings. Please find the measurements of our rings and handy tips to measure and fit the perfect fit there.


To make sure that they stay looking their best and can be worn again and again, it’s a good idea to show your pieces a little love. We recommend taking jewelry off while exercising, bathing, swimming or applying lotions and perfumes to keep them looking the best they can. Store each piece individually and in a cool, dry place.
